Some numbers are vital to our medical calculations. To make things a little easier it's best to have these on hand before you start. Here are a few tips.
If you’ve had a recent blood pressure or cholesterol check it would be great if you have these numbers handy—to enable the most accurate calculations—but absolutely no problems if you don’t. You can always guess these, as well as your waist and neck circumference, and add them in to your dashboard later.
20 minutes for the most important person : You
We get it - deadlines, responsibilities, family commitments. The list never ends. But here’s the truth: when you constantly put your health on the back burner, eventually your body makes the decision for you. And its never a convenient time.
Your free Thrive Health Check takes just 20-25 minutes. Less time than you spent scrolling yesterday (no judgement, we all do it).

This is how the Thrive program works:
Sign up
So that we can provide a unique login, sign up by completing the registration form on this page and let us know which clinic you are joining us from.
2. Know your measurements
Some numbers are important to our medical calculations - if you have these ready when you start that’s great but no problems if you don’t you can always add these in to your Dashboard later on.
3. Complete the online Health Check
Just 15-20 minutes to invest in your health. Your data is safe. Privacy and security is our priority.
You will receive your personalised link by email.
4. Access your Health Dashboard
Within minutes of completing the Health Check you will receive a link to view your health scores and to see the impact of reducing risk factors on your scores.

⚠️ If you’re in the orange or red — don’t stress this is just a snapshot in time for most people there will be a lot you can do from making some changes to your lifestyle to accessing screening to boost your scores.
5. Review your Health Profile and Action Plan
To access your 25-30 page Health Profile and Action Plan - with a quick summary of medical and lifestyle actions plus more detail and links to great resources - request these through your dashboard using the code ‘ePREVENT360’.
No payment is required.
Your Action Plan and a summary for your GP or nurse will appear on your dashboard within 24-72 hours once it has been reviewed by one of our GPs.
The Thrive AI Health Navigator in your Dashboard has been created to help you to delve into your plan by providing a concise summary, answering questions and providing some coaching about setting health goals.
5. Track your progress
By now we hope that you will be feeling inspired to set some goals to be the healthiest version of you possible.
You can link data from Apple Health and Google Fit wearables to your dashboard to automatically update your steps and resting heart rate to recalculate your scores. Other data can be updated through your ‘Pulse Check’ — you will find a link to this in your Action Plan.
This can be done at any time and your scores will recalculate.
