Our purpose

Boosting healthy life expectancy for all

(because life is too good not to fully live it)

Our vision

A world where no one, regardless of their background or location has to suffer or die before their time of a preventable disease.

Our mission

Revolutionising chronic disease prevention by empowering individuals to proactively manage their health and making clinicians lives easier through advanced automation.

The problems we are tackling

 The Ugly Truth

✘ 900,000 Australians have undiagnosed diabetes or pre-diabetes

✘ 50% don't access recommended cancer screening

✘ 2.9 million have undiagnosed hypertension

✘ 1.5 million have chronic kidney disease, but don't know it

✘ 85% of us visit a GP every year but there are systemic obstacles to GPs providing quality preventive care

✘ 26% of us are feeling depressed and the majority don’t access professional support

Despite these alarming statistics only 2% of federal government health expenditure is allocated to prevention. This is not sustainable.

Change is needed

In 2024 preventable chronic disease is impacting too many Australians.

We are a purpose driven organisation who are passionate about driving transformation to a prevention first healthcare system.

We need an easily adoptable healthcare model that is built upon wellness not sickness. Digital health provides a great opportunity to achieve this.

Businesses are essential partners and catalysts to improving health. Even a basic level of investment can create a positive return. This is achieved through reduced absenteeism, presenteeism, workers compensation claims, staff turnover and improved productivity.

Our mission is to make managing health easier for organisations while improving the physical and mental health of our population.

To achieve this, we provide cost effective and easy to implement solutions, that provide credible insights easily translated to meaningful change. If you're interested in learning more or working with us, we would love to hear from you.
